Our aim is to provide you with a hassle-free experience, offering the option to return or exchange almost any item within 30 days of delivery, ensuring you receive a full refund or exchange. Once we receive your return, we promptly inspect it within 72 hours. For exchange orders, we process them swiftly, and you can expect delivery within 15 business days. Refunds are issued within 7 business days, and we notify you via email once your return is completed. Rest assured, refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the refund processing time may range from 10 to 45 days.

To serve you better, we accommodate refund or return requests in the following situations:
1. Wrong product received: If you have received the incorrect item.
2. Defective product: In the event that the product has any defects.
3. Shipping damage: If the product was damaged during shipping.
4. Tampered product: If the product has been tampered with.

For defective products, we kindly request you contact us within 2 working days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. Please note that personalized or customized products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Regarding custom orders, we are committed to achieving a win-win situation. If your custom jacket doesn’t fit perfectly, we offer the first alteration free of charge to ensure your complete satisfaction.

To address potential reasons for return with custom jackets, we take the following steps:

1. Design & Quality: Before dispatching your order, we share actual product pictures with you, giving you the opportunity to review the design, material, and stitching. This proactive approach minimizes the chances of any design or quality issues upon delivery.

2. Sizing: When you place a custom order, we request your body measurements and provide a sizing guide for your convenience. While we strive for accurate sizing, if the jacket doesn’t fit perfectly, we provide the first alteration at no cost to you. However, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the jacket to us.

3. Refunds: We do not accept returns for refunds on custom orders. It’s important to understand that your custom order is tailored exclusively for you, with all the details, including style, material, and accessories, chosen according to your preferences. Therefore, we are unlikely to resell it to anyone else.

Return Instructions

For Your Jaccoat Purchase To initiate a return for an item you purchased from Jaccoat, please carefully follow the instructions provided below within 30 days of receiving your order. We want to ensure a seamless return process for you.

  1. Secure Packaging: Please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are packed securely in the original product packaging. It is important that all items, including both ordered and complimentary items, are returned in excellent condition, along with the packing slip. In the case of shoe returns, kindly ensure that the shoes are unworn, free from wrinkles, and undamaged. If you receive the item(s) in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support immediately for assistance.
  2. Return Address: Ship the return package to the following address, making sure to include the order details slip along with the item(s): [Insert Return Address]
  3. Tracking Number and Return Form: Once you have shipped the parcel back to us, you will receive a tracking number from the courier. Please use this tracking number to fill out the product return form provided below. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning the item(s) to us. We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD) deliveries. Shipping and handling costs, as well as any other charges incurred, are non-refundable.
  4. Providing the Correct Tracking Number: When completing the Return Form, it is crucial to provide the correct return tracking number. This ensures the successful processing of your return request, enabling us to serve you better.
  5. Return Eligibility: Regular products can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference. However, please note that bespoke or made-to-measure products are only eligible for alterations to ensure a perfect fit tailored to your specifications.
  6. Return Processing and Refunds: Once our dedicated Fulfillment Center receives and inspects your return (typically within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive a confirmation email stating that your return has been successfully processed. If a refund is applicable, it will be issued within 7 days. Please keep in mind that the timeline for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary, ranging from an additional 2-10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
